We are committed to protecting your privacy whilst interacting with our website.  We will never sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information to any third party.  Customer information is collected purely for the purpose of processing purchases and providing and improving our products and services.

We may, from time to time, keep you updated with information regarding products or specials via email. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website you are agreeing to these terms of use. As they may be amended from time to time we recommend that you continue to check this page for updates. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We are not liable for any loss or damage in relation to the consumption of our goods once they have been delivered. Though we provide guidelines as to the storage of our products, we are unable to ensure compliance after delivery and therefore can not be held liable once the product has left our possession.

Products are not returnable unless they are not fit for purpose or show a manufacturing fault. However, if there is a problem with any of your products, please give us a call as soon as practical, and in any event within 7 days of delivery, so that we can attempt to rectify the situation in good faith. 

If we provide any products and we are in breach of any condition or warranty as implied by law that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the re-supply of products or we will provide a refund of the original cost of the product only. 

PRICING

Our prices are inclusive of GST. 

Should a product be listed on this website at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of payment having been received. 

DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders of $29.90 or more within the Adelaide metropolitan area.. If you are unsure as to whether we deliver to your suburb, please call us on 8374 1111 and we will answer your query. In the event that an order is accidentally processed for delivery to an area that we do not service, we will provide a refund in a timely manner.

All orders or changes to orders need to be placed prior to Thursday the week prior to delivery day.

We deliver to most built up areas including Mount Barker to Henley Beach and everywhere in between.  Please contact our office to determine what day your pet food is likely to be delivered to you. This information will also be included in your confirmation email after you place an order.

If you have a query regarding delivery to your suburb please contact us during office hours on (08) 8374 1111 or send us an email at sales@bucketobeef.com.au.

You do not need to be home to receive your delivery and it does not require a signature – we will simply leave it at your door for your convenience.

We suggest you leave out an esky for your cold products so that they can maintain their integrity and freshness, especially in the warmer months.

Please provide any additional information regarding access to your property and where you would like your order to be placed when you complete the registration form when establishing your account.
Because of the refrigeration and freezer requirements of some of our products we do not currently deliver to other locations. If you would like to purchase our bulk pet treats, however, please contact us so that we can provide an estimated delivery cost for interstate post.

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days of purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the Bucket O’ Beef product you have received, please contact our sales team via email at sales@bucketobeef.com.au or call us on (08) 8374 1111 and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.  We may ask you to take a photo of the product in question to help us with your enquiry.  Please contact us as soon as possible after you receive a product, or in any event, within 7 days.

In most cases we will be happy to offer a replacement product or refund your money back.  In any event, we will abide by local Consumer Protection Laws at all times.

To avoid any product spoilage, we strongly suggest that you leave out an esky for our refrigerated or frozen products so that they can maintain their freshness, especially in the warmer months.  We are not responsible for the manner in which you store Bucket O’ Beef products after delivery has been made
