What is the best way to introduce my pet to new pet food?
When changing your pet's diet, gradual changes are optimal. We suggest you make subtle changes over a one week period when first introducing any new foods to your pet. For example, add a small quantity of Bucket O' Beef to your pet's current food to begin with. Double the amount of Bucket O' Beef each day until a complete change over has been made.

For Puppies to 9 months old, feed high protein dry food formulated specifically for puppies, such as our Platinum Puppy range. 

Monitor your dog’s weight and activity levels and make adjustments to this feeding guide as necessary.

Always ensure your dog has a supply of fresh clean drinking water.

How often do you deliver?
You can opt for a regular weekly or fortnightly delivery, or call us as required.

When will I receive my delivery?
We deliver in each area once per week at around the same time every week. When you place your first order our friendly office staff will contact you to let you know what day your delivery will arrive. If you would like to know when your delivery will be before you place your order please contact us. Orders need to be received in our office before 4pm the business day before delivery in your area.

What happens on public holidays?
Unless you are notified otherwise your delivery will arrive on that day as usual.  Please note our office will be closed and any changes to deliveries the day after a public holiday will need to be received in our office before 4pm the business day before.

Who will deliver the pet food to me?
There is a nominated person for each distribution area who will deliver all orders to you.

What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Bucket O' Beef is conveniently delivered to your door free of charge, even if you are not home. Simply place an esky out for us to place your scheduled order in so that it remains cool at a food safe temperature.

Can I purchase Bucket O’ Beef from your factory at St Marys?
Yes. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

What do I do with the bucket once I have finished with it?
After rinsing, simply leave the bucket at your door on delivery day and our driver will pick it up for a thorough clean and reuse.

How do I pay for my delivery?
You can pay by credit card online or by phone, or leave cash for your distributor.

Do I need to select the different flavours each delivery?
The choice is yours. You can choose to have the same flavour delivered each time or alternate whichever flavours you choose by telling us which flavours you and your animal prefer. Alternatively you can leave it up to our distributors who can alternate the flavours for you.

How long does Bucket O’ Beef remain fresh?
Our freshly cooked selections will remain fresh for at least one week when refrigerated between 2°C and 4°C.

Can I freeze Bucket O'Beef?
The Bucket O'Beef freshly cooked product can be frozen, however the kelp based gravy gel will release some of the moisture from the fresh ingredients upon defrosting.  The product texture will also appear different.
